This bangin’ Blueberry Banana Smoothie is so good, you’ll swear you’re having dessert for breakfast – and it’s dairy-free!
I’ve never been much of a smoothie person. Not that I don’t enjoy a good smoothie, it’s more the ingredient planning, time investment, and appliance cleanup that deterred me from making smoothies before heading out the door to work.
Now that working from home is my new normal, so has the occasional breakfast smoothie. And this Blueberry Banana Smoothie has quickly become one of my favorites. Plus, it’s dairy-free! Great for those who can’t have dairy, are looking to cut down on dairy intake, or just want to explore the wonders of canned coconut milk. I gotta say, the thick, rich, creamy texture of canned coconut milk makes this one heavenly smoothie.
Added bonus, maybe… Blending this beautiful Blueberry Banana Smoothie in the morning is a sure-fire way to annoy a sleeping spouse. Highly recommended if you’re feeling passive-aggressive.
