Equipment
Baking sheet
Ingredients
10
ounces
baby spinach
1
tablespoon
olive oil
or canola oil
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
salt
2-3
dashes
cayenne pepper
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (by turning the burners of your propane grill to medium heat).
Add spinach to a large sheet pan. Drizzle the spinach with oil (olive or canola).
10 ounces baby spinach,
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (optional) over the spinach.
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
1 teaspoon onion powder,
½ teaspoon salt,
2-3 dashes cayenne pepper
Toss to combine. You want to keep tossing until the oil and seasonings are fairly evenly distributed, but don’t worry about coating every leaf.
Put the sheet pan of spinach on the grill and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes and immediately remove from the grill.
Serve immediately. If you leave the foil covering the spinach it will continue to cook, so I recommend uncovering and serving immediately.
