This sour cream and salsa based Creamy Salsa Dressing recipe is vibrant and creamy, the perfect topping for everything from salads and rice bowls to tacos, burritos, and tostadas.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.
1 cup sour cream, ¾ cup Pace medium salsa, ¼ cup mayo, 2 tablespoons lime juice, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add salt, to taste. Note, consider what you might be serving this with. I add salt until I think it tastes good as a standalone. But you may want to dial back the salt if say, serving with salted tortilla chips.
For super smooth results, strain it after blending.
Notes
I recommend making this a day in advance if you can. I find the flavor intensifies over time, resulting in a creamy, zesty sauce that's bright and bold.*Nutrition information is approximate and was calculated using an online nutrition calculator.
