I've also written over 300 "How To" style food articles as a contractor through Demand Media Studios. The articles were then distributed to sites like eHow.com. Apparently, they have sold some of these articles to other sites since I worked for them because I'm finding pieces I've written on random sites I've never heard of (such is the life of contract writing!). Trying to find them all now is like trying to find that toothpick in every issue of Taste of Home, but here are a few I've been able to track down:

My Stance on Using AI
I do not use AI to write blog posts. I am first and foremost a writer, one who is dedicated to bringing my readers real, authentic recipes that have been written and tested by a human being. Nor do I use AI images, and I don't use AI to alter any of my photos.
My writing, my recipes, my photography - it's all generated by yours truly. My promise to my readers is to always deliver content that is authentic and uniquely created by me. And you can be sure that the recipes were tested multiple times for quality and consistency.
I do believe that AI can be used responsibly to increase efficiency. I've used it to help brainstorm new recipe ideas, come up with suggestions to improve blog posts, and assist in search engine optimization. AI can be a great tool, but I believe in using it with caution and transparency.
