Watermelon water is super refreshing and easy to whip up on hot days. Just get out your blender and gather up the four ingredients you'll need - watermelon, cold water, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and a little bit of sugar.
Cut seedless watermelon into cubes. This is also a great way to use up funky-shaped watermelon pieces; you know, the ones left behind from using a melon baller.
4 cups seedless watermelon
Add cubed watermelon, water, sugar, and lime juice into a blender.
1 cup cold water, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons lime juice
Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Taste and add more sugar or lime juice until it’s just perfect for you.
Use a fine mesh sieve to strain the watermelon water. Use the back of a spoon to help push the watermelon pulp through the sieve. Discard the pulp caught in the strainer or save for another use.
Serve immediately over ice, or refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving for chilled results without using ice.
