This recipe makes ~6 tablespoons of seasoning. Feel free to double or triple the recipe. As a general rule, 2-3 tablespoons of taco seasoning will season 1 pound of protein; so this recipe can season 2-3 pounds of protein.If you want to add salt, go for it! Or you can always sprinkle salt onto the finished dish made with this homemade taco seasoning. As always, season to taste and start with a smaller amount of salt, ½ teaspoon, then add more if necessary.
