Easy Chipotle Mayo Sauce
Mayo gets the flavor overhaul it so desperately needs thanks to the bold flavors of chipotle en adobo peppers, roasted garlic, and fresh-squeezed lemon.

Ingredients

cup
mayo
I used Kraft's Olive Oil Mayo

roasted garlic

tablespoons
sauce from chipotle en adobo peppers

tablespoon
fresh-squeezed lemon juice
salt and pepper
(optional, to taste)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor, and process until combined.
Taste, and add a few dashes of salt and pepper (if you'd like).
Notes
I insist you go make this easy chipotle mayo immediately, and:
Spread it on a sandwich.
Use it to make the greatest
tuna salad
sandwich. EVER.
Use it to make the greatest
chicken lettuce wraps,
if you're low carb.
Add it to salads.
Slather it on corn on the cob.
Mix it with some sour cream or cream cheese and use it as a veggie dip.
