Blueberry Banana Smoothie

  • Blender


  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries*
  • cup coconut milk**
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. If you have a smoothie setting on your blender, use that.
  • Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy.


*If you have fresh blueberries, you can just freeze them overnight so they are ready to go in the morning.
**I used Wild Harvest Organic Coconut Milk.
