Ingredients

very ripe banana

frozen blueberries*

coconut milk**

tablespoon
honey

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. If you have a smoothie setting on your blender, use that.
Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy.
Notes
*If you have fresh blueberries, you can just freeze them overnight so they are ready to go in the morning.
**I used Wild Harvest Organic Coconut Milk.
