Easy Chipotle Mayo Sauce

Mayo gets the flavor overhaul it so desperately needs thanks to the bold flavors of chipotle en adobo peppers, roasted garlic, and fresh-squeezed lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo I used Kraft's Olive Oil Mayo
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sauce from chipotle en adobo peppers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor, and process until combined.
  • Taste, and add a few dashes of salt and pepper (if you'd like).
