25 ouncecans of tuna (I used Chicken of the SeaAlbacore Tuna in Water, Chunk Light)
½cupChipotle and Roasted Garlic Mayosee recipe link above
¼cupfinely diced red onion
¼cupfinely diced bell pepper
1tablespoondried cilantro
½teaspoonlemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Drain tuna.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
Consider your tuna salad sandwich game upped.
Notes
Fresh cilantro tastes like soap. But if you respectfully disagree, feel free to use it. Or try using a different herb, like parsley or Mexican oregano (though the amount used will depend on your taste preferences).
