How to Grill Spinach
Grilling spinach is a super simple way to serve up a healthy side - and quickly! All you need is a sheet pan, aluminum foil, and a few choice seasonings!
COOK TIME: 3-4 MIN
– 10 ounces baby spinach
– 1 tbsp olive oil or canola oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 2-3 dashes of cayenne pepper
Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (by turning the burners of your propane grill to medium ).
Add spinach to a large sheet pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper over the spinach.
Toss to combine. You want to keep tossing until the oil and seasonings are fairly evenly distributed.
Put the sheet pan of spinach on the grill and cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes and immediately remove from the grill.
Serve immediately. If you leave the foil covering the spinach it will continue to cook, so I recommend serving immediately.
