Perfect for pickle lovers!


– 16 ounces rotelle pasta – 1 1/4 cup gherkins (mini pickles) (sliced with a mandolin) – 1 cup Havarti dill cheese, cubed – 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced – 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped – 3/4 cup + 1/4 cup Dill Pickle Salad Dressing (click the link below for the recipe!)

Prepare Dill Pickle Salad Dressing


Prepare the Dill Pickle Salad Dressing and refrigerate it until needed. Click the link below to get the recipe!

Cook Pasta & Strain


Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Strain cooked pasta and run cold water over it until the pasta is cool - doing so prevents the pasta from continuing to cook.

Prep Ingredients & Add to Bowl


Slice the pickles, dice the onion, chop the dill, and cut the Havarti dill cheese into cubes. Add the cooked pasta to a large bowl, along with the pickles, red onion, dill, and cheese.

Add Dill Pickle Dressing


Add about ¾ cup of the Dill Pickle Salad Dressing and stir to combine. Reserve the rest of the salad dressing.

Refrigerate Until Ready to Serve


Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours. When ready to serve, add the rest of the Dill Pickle Salad Dressing (around ¼ cup) and stir. Enjoy!
